Technical Support Engineer – HRMS/ERP Software

Expert Business Solutions (EBS) is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide functional and technical support for our HRMS, HCM, ERP, and other business software products.

- Provide functional and technical support to clients using our HRMS, HCM, ERP, and other software products.
- Handle client queries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve support tickets within defined timelines.
- Diagnose application errors, identify root causes, and coordinate with the development team for complex issues.
- Assist clients with software configurations, user access, workflows, and application settings.
- Support integrations and APIs, including basic troubleshooting of integration failures.
- Reproduce reported issues, document steps, and share transparent information with the development team.
- Track tickets,



follow up on pending issues, and keep clients updated on resolution status.
- Prepare support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles.
- Assist with application testing and verify fixes before communicating resolutions to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in HRMS, HCM, ERP, SaaS, or software product support.
- Experience handling client issues and support tickets.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of software applications, databases, and basic SQL querie

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
