Location: Kakkanad Full-time | Experience: 6 months to 1 year

Job Summary

- Create, verify, and manage new user accounts with accuracy.

- Perform data entry, data validation, sorting, and filtering of records.

- Maintain and update databases while ensuring data integrity.

- Handle customer calls and provide technical support for platform-related issues.

- Respond to customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

- Troubleshoot application-related issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.

- Coordinate with the IT team to identify, report, and resolve technical problems.

- Monitor reported issues from both customer and internal teams until closure.

- Assist users in understanding and navigating the education platform.





- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, and simple formulas).

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to handle technical support calls professionally.

- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, especially the IT team.

- Basic understanding of education platform workflows or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an added advantage.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
