Experience: Preferably 2–4 years in home automation or related system installation, configuration, and support

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, or ECE

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers, from understanding requirements through final handover.

Configure smart devices, gateways, apps, scenes, schedules, and supported integrations.

Visit sites, check installation readiness, and coordinate with electricians, electrical contractors, and interior designers.

Troubleshoot wiring, power supply, connectivity, compatibility, and configuration issues.

Demonstrate products, explain capabilities and limitations clearly, and train customers on usage.





Complete testing and handover; maintain issue records and follow up until problems are resolved.

Must-Have Skills

Sound understanding of AC/DC electrical fundamentals, residential wiring, basic electronics, and safe troubleshooting.

Practical knowledge of Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Bluetooth, and app-based configuration. Tuya/Smart Life experience preferred.

Explicit, patient, respectful customer communication in Hindi and working English.

Ability to make sensible technical decisions, work independently, and take ownership without repeated follow-ups.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
