Job Responsibilities The selected candidate will work alongside an experienced water treatment professional, receiving practical field training while gradually taking responsibility for customer service and business development.

Responsibilities include

- Visit industrial RO installations for routine technical service and customer support (must be okay with regional travel).
- Monitor RO operating parameters, including feed and permeate quality, differential pressure, recovery, and membrane performance.
- Conduct basic water testing and collect samples when required.
- Support RO antiscalant and cleaning chemical treatment programs.
- Identify scaling, fouling, and operational problems and assist with troubleshooting.
- Assist with chemical trials and evaluation of treatment performance.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify recent business opportunities.
- Prepare customer visit reports, technical observations, and quotations.
- Coordinate with Kemco's technical team for product selection and application support.

The role will initially focus on industrial RO systems, with opportunities to gain experience in cooling water, boiler water, and other industrial water treatment applications as the business grows.

Candidate Requirements

Essential qualifications

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Preferably 2–5 years of experience in industrial RO water treatment, membrane chemicals, technical service, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of RO operation, membrane scaling, fouling, and chemical dosing.




- Willingness to travel regularly to industrial customer sites.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Ability to work independently and maintain customer relationships.

Preferred experience

- Industrial RO plant operation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
- RO antiscalant and membrane cleaning chemicals.
- Monitoring parameters such as conductivity, pH, hardness, SDI, differential pressure, and recovery.
- Experience with chemical dosing systems and membrane cleaning procedures.
- Previous customer-facing technical service or sales experience.
