Cyber24 is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Technical Recruiter who can take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and help us build strong, high-performing teams.

In this role, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to recruit for a diverse range of technical and specialized IT positions across Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, Systems, Software Development, IT Support, Infrastructure, and more.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Recruiting and Recruiting, with proven experience placing talent in technology-focused roles.
- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills, including sourcing,



interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple seniority levels.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience recruiting for infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and other IT roles in a technology or consulting setting is beneficial.
- Ability to use recruitment tools, leverage social and professional networks, and analyze recruitment data to improve hiring outcomes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.

Required skills and qualifications

- 1- 3 years of prior experience in technical or IT recruitment.
- A good understanding of technical roles, IT skills, and industry hiring requirements.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple open positions and drive closures simultaneously.
- A proactive, organized, and target-oriented approach with a strong focus on quality hiring and timely delivery.
