Job Title: Technical Project Manager Java & Oracle

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Java, Oracle, and enterprise application delivery. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, technical solutioning, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, resource planning, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, planning, estimation, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Provide technical oversight for Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Oracle Database.
- Drive SQL optimization, application performance tuning, RCA, and production stabilization.
- Manage development, QA, BA, DevOps, SIT/UAT, and production releases.
- Handle customer communication, stakeholder management, project governance, and escalations.
- Track project progress, risks, issues,



dependencies, and resource utilization.
- Ensure quality standards, technical documentation, and release governance.

Must-Have Skills:

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with Technical Project Management.
- Robust knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Strong Oracle Database and SQL expertise.
- REST APIs, enterprise application development, and integration.
- Agile/Scrum, project planning, and delivery governance.
- Production support, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Profile: Candidates with experience in Java + Oracle application delivery, technical leadership, Agile project management, and production support.
