What you'll do

- Own end-to-end delivery of a multi-module platform (React/Next.js frontend, Java/Spring Boot backend)

- Break the product into modules, epics and stories; sequence work across them and manage dependencies

- Set and guard the architecture — shared services, data models, APIs between modules, multi-tenant concerns

- Run sprints in Jira; track velocity, scope and risk; keep the release plan realistic

- Review code, enforce standards, and unblock developers daily

- Be the primary technical point of contact for the client — demos, status updates, change requests

- Own release planning and deployments with DevOps (AWS, Docker, CI/CD)

- Mentor and grow a team of 4–8 developers; run 1:1s and performance feedback

- Maintain technical documentation, module specs and delivery reports

Must have

- 6–8 years in software development, with 2+ years leading a team on a long-running product

- Strong hands-on background in React/Next.js and Java/Spring Boot (or close equivalent)





- Experience shipping a large modular system — not just small isolated projects

- Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum, estimation and dependency management

- Cloud and deployment familiarity (AWS, Docker, CI/CD)

- Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable presenting to international clients

- Calm under deadline pressure; decisive with incomplete information

Nice to have

- Multi-tenant SaaS architecture experience

- Domain-driven design, event-driven or microservice patterns

- Mobile module delivery (Flutter/React Native, App Store/Play Store cycles)

- Prior experience taking a product from MVP to v2+

- Pre-sales exposure: scoping, proposals, effort estimation
