We are looking for an experienced

Tech Lead – Support with strong expertise in EDI integration, B2B data exchange, and production support. The ideal candidate will drive critical incident resolution, troubleshoot complex integration issues, guide support engineers, and ensure seamless business transactions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand and support end-to-end integration solutions for cloud customers.

- Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and resolve technical issues.

- Lead the resolution of critical Sev-1 and Sev-2 incidents through email and calls.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.

- Prioritize and allocate support tickets across the shift team.

- Drive transaction reprocessing and recovery efforts during major incidents.

- Develop and modify EDI maps and business processes.

- Configure and maintain trading partner connectivity using AS2 and SFTP.





- Mentor and guide support engineers to improve technical capabilities and resolution quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

- Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues until complete resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience with EDI integration products or B2B integration platforms.

- Strong understanding of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.

- Hands-on experience with XML, flat files, and spreadsheets.

- Experience with communication protocols such as AS2, FTP/FTPS, SFTP, and HTTP/HTTPS.

- Exposure to REST APIs and API-based integrations.

- Valuable understanding of SQL queries, joins, and data troubleshooting.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to lead a support team and manage critical customer incidents.
