Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workato-based integrations and automation workflows for LMS platforms.
- Design, develop, and optimize complex Workato recipes using triggers, actions, conditional logic, data transformation, and reusable components.
- Build and manage integrations between LMS platforms and enterprise applications, databases, third-party systems, and custom APIs.
- Develop and maintain REST API integrations, webhooks, and event-driven workflows.
- Translate business requirements and technical specifications into scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, review solution designs, and establish best practices for Workato development.
- Implement robust error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, monitoring, and exception management to ensure reliable workflow execution.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across interconnected systems.
- Guide developers in writing efficient recipes and following coding, documentation, and integration standards.
- Collaborate with backend engineers, architects, DevOps engineers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration across the platform.
- Manage integration releases, workplace configurations, testing, and deployment activities.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, eliminate manual interventions, and improve automation performance.
- Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted development tools and Workato AI capabilities where appropriate to improve productivity and automation outcomes.
- Take ownership of integration architecture, technical quality, and long-term maintainability.
