Vected Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Technical Support Executives. If you have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in technical support and student engagement, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate them when required.
- Engage with college students to promote training programs and career opportunities.
- Build relationships with colleges, TPOs,



and faculty members.
- Conduct presentations and career guidance sessions.
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Positive presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for college visits and outreach activities.
