Role Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Operations Specialist with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in end-to-end procurement operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PR-to-PO processing, Vendor Master Management, Supplier Enablement, Catalog Management, Purchasing Info Records (PIR), and Source List Management.

The candidate should possess strong working knowledge of SAP MM/SAP S/4HANA, along with effective stakeholder and supplier management skills, strong attention to data accuracy, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, validate, and convert Purchase Requisitions (PRs) into Purchase Orders (POs).
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, approval workflows, and purchasing controls.
- Process PO amendments, cancellations, closures, and supplier acknowledgements.
- Create and maintain Vendor Master records, including supplier onboarding, modifications, bank detail changes, and vendor deactivation.
- Validate supplier documentation, tax records, banking details, and compliance requirements.
- Manage procurement catalogs, including new catalog creation, pricing updates, supplier changes, and catalog enhancements.
- Create and maintain Purchasing Info Records (PIRs), Source Lists, and Quota Arrangements in SAP.




- Perform master-data validation, cleanup, duplicate checks, and quality audits.
- Support procurement helpdesk activities and resolve supplier, business, and stakeholder queries.
- Collaborate with Sourcing, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Business teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.
- Monitor operational KPIs and SLA adherence and drive first-time-right processing.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure adherence to governance and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
