We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead technical delivery, guide engineering teams, and develop reliable data solutions. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and experience leading projects and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of data engineering solutions.
- Guide developers and ensure adherence to coding and development standards.
- Review code, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize performance.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Support data pipeline development, integration,
and deployment.
- Manage technical deliverables and ensure timely project execution.
- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
