Position: Recovery Executive / Recovery Officer Job Responsibilities: Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues. Contact customers through phone calls, messages, and field visits as required. Coordinate with customers to arrange timely payment settlements. Maintain accurate records of collection activities and payment commitments. Achieve monthly recovery targets set by management. Prepare daily and monthly recovery reports.
