Ahmedabad-headquartered Yatriko is launching its brand-new office in Jaipur, and we are looking for proven international sales performers to lead from the front as player-coaches.
The Role A pure sales role with two big wins: hit your own revenue target and coach your team to hit theirs. You will run your own pipeline while helping junior advisors handle high-value leads and convince hesitant prospects on joint calls. Operations, vendor bookings, visa processing and client travel support are all managed by our dedicated back-end desk, so your focus stays on selling.

Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bali, Dubai
What You Will Do
Sell and Convert: Pitch and close high-ticket international holiday packages to achieve your personal sales target.
Close Live Deals:
Jump into active calls and chats with junior consultants to help with pricing negotiations, itinerary changes and deal closing.
Protect Margins: Review proposals drafted by freshers to ensure pricing and margins are accurate before they reach clients.
Coach and Mentor: Train new consultants on destination selling points, phone sales tactics and effective follow-up strategies.
Who You Are
2+ years of experience selling outbound international tour packages (Europe, SE Asia, Dubai, Bali).
A strong closer with a proven record of achieving targets.
In-depth knowledge of Europe, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Bali and Dubai.
Excellent negotiation, communication and team-mentoring abilities.
