We are hiring experienced, bilingual leader to manage a premium international customer service process in Jaipur. We are looking for an immediate joiner with strong leadership capabilities and fluent language proficiency.

Role Details:

- Job Title: Team Leader (German Process)

- Package: Up to 12 LPA (Gross ₹66,666 to ₹1,00,000 per month)

- Location: Jaipur (Work From Office)

- Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shift

- Working Days: 5 Days Working with Rotational Week Offs

- Interview Mode: Virtual / Remote Rounds

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team supporting German-speaking customers while ensuring service excellence.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality metrics to achieve business goals.

- Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and regular team huddles.

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and process compliance standards.

- Prepare operational reports and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Team Leader experience in a German Process is Mandatory.

- Language: German C1 Certification is Mandatory + Excellent English Communication Skills.

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.

- Robust leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹66,666.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
