Position Overview

TomorrowTech Engineering Services is seeking a technically capable and responsible Team Lead – Structural Engineering to lead the engineering team and oversee the execution of structural engineering projects.

The role requires strong structural engineering knowledge, effective team management, project coordination, and the ability to ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables within defined timelines. Experience in steel design, tower design, and the telecommunications or transmission sector will be particularly relevant.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the engineering team to ensure effective execution of assigned projects.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor work assignments based on project requirements and priorities.
- Manage project execution and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to required turnaround times (TAT).




- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Review project requirements, engineering outputs, and applicable standards to maintain technical quality.
- Identify project-related challenges and coordinate appropriate actions for timely resolution.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination within the team to ensure smooth workflows.
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality, accountability, and delivery commitments.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with strong structural engineering knowledge and 3–5 years of relevant industry experience .
- A Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage. Candidates with a Master's degree and at least 2 years of relevant industry experience may also be considered.
- Experience in steel design and/or tower design is preferred.
- Experience in structural engineering within the telecommunications, transmission, or related steel-structure industry is an advantage.

Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Working knowledge of structural engineering and design software, particularly TNX, SolidWorks, RISA-3D, STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD , along with relevant connection analysis software.
- Knowledge of structural design codes and standards, including AISC, TIA-222, and ASCE 7 .




- Strong understanding of structural and engineering drawings, structural analysis, steel design, and foundation engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to review structural models, engineering calculations, and design outputs for accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.
- Exposure to telecommunications towers, transmission structures, traffic signal structures, luminaire structures, or other related steel structures is an advantage.

Work Location & Arrangement Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Work Arrangement: On-site, with flexibility to work from home two days per week.

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, demonstrated capabilities, and overall suitability for the position.
