We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage trusteeship operations, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee client servicing, and drive operational efficiency across various trustee mandates.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in trusteeship, debenture trustee operations, debt capital markets, structured finance, or corporate trust, along with strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end trusteeship operations and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI regulations, the Companies Act, RBI guidelines, and transaction documents.
- Monitor covenant compliance, security creation, charge registration, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Manage trustee mandates related to debt issuances, structured finance transactions, escrow arrangements, and other fiduciary assignments.
- Coordinate with clients, issuers, investors, legal counsels, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of trustee responsibilities.
- Review compliance reports, transaction monitoring activities, and operational deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
- Lead, mentor, and guide team members to achieve productivity, service quality, and operational targets.
- Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Business Development teams.
- Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and due diligence activities.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of reporting,



documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- CA / CS / MBA (Finance) / LLB or an equivalent relevant qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Trusteeship, Debt Capital Markets, Structured Finance, Corporate Trust, or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, the Companies Act, debenture trustee activities, and fiduciary services.
- Experience in team handling, operational supervision, and client relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet regulatory deadlines.
