Key Responsibilities

- Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across e-commerce services and SaaS.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies to identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with D2C brands, marketplace sellers, founders and CXOs.
- Lead client pitches, proposals, commercial discussions and strategic partnerships.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, targets and performance reporting.
- Mentor junior Business Development and Market Research team members.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development or GTM within E-commerce, D2C, Digital Commerce,



E-commerce Agencies or SaaS .
- Proven track record in new client acquisition, revenue generation and deal closure.
- Strong understanding of the Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce and D2C ecosystem.
- Experience selling e-commerce services, agency retainers, projects and/or SaaS solutions.
- Strong industry network and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hands-on experience in prospecting, pipeline management and GTM execution.
- Experience managing, mentoring or coaching a BD/Sales team.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Good to Have
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Understanding of e-commerce metrics such as GMV, ROAS, CAC, CVR and AOV.
- Experience with mid-market or enterprise clients, SaaS sales cycles and account-based selling.
