Required Skills & Eligibility  Minimum 5+ years of experience in an International Voice Process, preferably with experience in US Sales.

 Hands-on experience in handling US International Voice Process.

 Solid verbal and written English communication skills.

 Proven experience in team handling with formal Team Lead experience.

 Prior experience in US Voice Process and International Sales.

 Strong ability to drive team performance and achieve business targets.

 Good understanding of sales, customer handling, and conversion techniques.

 Experience in product sales as a Team Lead will be preferred.

 Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.

 Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.

 Age: Below 35 years.

Roles & Responsibilities  Manage and lead a team of associates to achieve individual and team targets.

 Drive the team to meet and exceed sales and business targets.

 Monitor team performance and take appropriate actions to improve productivity.

 Coach, mentor, and groom team members to enhance their performance.

 Handle customer escalations and ensure effective resolution.





 Ensure adherence to process guidelines, quality standards, and business requirements.

 Track key performance metrics and share regular performance updates with the

Process Manager.

 Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate improvement plans.

 Motivate the team and maintain high levels of engagement and productivity.

 Support the team in achieving business demand and operational goals.

 Ensure effective customer handling and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

 Report to the Process Manager and work closely with the leadership team to achieve process objectives.
