Roles & Responsibilities

- Own the F&V; category across growth, assortment, pricing, availability, and margins.
- Use SQL extensively to uncover category, SKU, and store-level insights.
- Analyze sales, inventory, wastage, stock-outs, availability, and margins to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities through data-driven category decisions.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.




- Turn insights into actionable initiatives and drive measurable business impact.

Were Looking For

- 2 4 years of relevant experience in Category Management / Analytics.
- Solid hands-on SQL skills.
- Experience in F&V; / Fresh / FMCG / Retail / E-commerce / Quick Commerce.
- Strong understanding of category and business metrics.
- Ability to independently analyze data and translate insights into business recommendations.
- Strong ownership mindset and passion for solving complex problems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
