Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications on the HP NonStop (Tandem) platform.
- Perform application development using TAL, COBOL/Screen COBOL, TACL, and C.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and performance issues.
- Perform core dump analysis, debugging, and code inspection for application failures.
- Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain database structures using Enscribe.
- Execute unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
- Work with payment and transaction processing systems running on Tandem environments.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security requirements, and operational procedures.
- Participate in release planning, deployments, and production support activities.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Robust planning and organizational skills
