Role: TA specialist

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

Experience: Minimum 2 Years in TA

Salary: Up to 4.2 LPA

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team at Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hiring, preferably in the recruitment and staffing industry or BPO sector, along with excellent communication and candidate-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and meet recruitment targets.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 2 years of experience in hiring or talent acquisition.
- Experience in recruitment and staffing or BPO hiring will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
- Valuable knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
