About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a preference for candidates experienced in IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer rollout, and follow-ups until joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Handle hiring for IT and non-IT roles, including Developers, QA, DevOps, AI/ML, React.js, Node.js, UI/UX, Project Managers, and other business requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates’ experience, communication skills, and suitability for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and hiring MIS reports.
- Monitor recruitment TAT, interview progress, offer acceptance, and joining ratios to ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring requirements.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment; IT recruitment experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.
