- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients for feedback.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a recruitment consultancy.
- Robust sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple mandates and meet recruitment targets.
