We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Operations Executive with solid MIS reporting, data management, and communication skills. The candidate will support recruitment operations through accurate reporting, interview coordination, recruitment tracker management, Employee referrals, Vendor management and timely communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience should have 1 year to 2 years in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruitment Coordination, HR Operations, or MIS reporting.
- Strong MS Excel Skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, conditional formatting, and data validation.
- Experience preparing recruitment MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deliverables, and meet strict deadlines.
- Proactive approach to identifying discrepancies and resolving operational issues.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment portals, or HRMS tools.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and Excel-based reporting automation.
- Understanding of recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Source-to-Join, Offer-to-Join Ratio, Interview Conversion, and Requisition Fulfilment.
- Experience working in an IT services or technology recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- MIS & Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports, Master Tracker, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate recruitment databases covering open positions, candidate pipelines, interview schedules, offers, joiners, and recruitment TAT.
- Recruitment Operations: Coordinate interview schedules, track hiring progress, follow up on pending feedback, Employee Referrals, Vendor Management and ensure timely status updates.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with recruiters, technical panels, hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Tracker Management: Monitor recruitment activities, identify delays, highlight pending actions, and ensure adherence to defined timelines.
- Data Accuracy: Validate recruitment data, identify discrepancies, and ensure consistency across trackers and reports.
- Process Compliance: Support recruitment documentation, process audits, and adherence to established TA policies and workflows.
- Analytical Support: Analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational effectiveness.
