Position Overview The HR Intern will assist in the recruitment process, supporting tasks such as job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities





- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates using various channels.
- Write and post job descriptions on recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in interview scheduling and interview panel coordination.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Support the onboarding process for recent hires, ensuring smooth transitions.
