We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across various technical and non-technical roles. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and scheduling activities.
- Support recruitment reporting and hiring metrics.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals is an added advantage.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM (HR) or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Freshers or students in the final year are welcome to apply.
