Key Responsibilities

- Candidate Sourcing & Calling

- Source relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other channels.

- Conduct initial cold calls with candidates to understand their experience, interest, availability, and fitment.

- Share relevant job opportunities with candidates and generate interest in open roles.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Interview Scheduling & Coordination

- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

- Manage interview calendars and ensure timely communication of interview details.

- Follow up with candidates and interviewers to minimise delays and no-shows.

- Keep recruitment trackers updated with the latest candidate status.

- Candidate Experience

- Act as a point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.

- Ensure candidates receive timely updates and explicit communication at every stage.

- Coordinate feedback and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.





- Help maintain strong candidate engagement, especially for candidates in longer hiring processes.

- Job Posting & Recruitment Support

- Post and update job openings across LinkedIn, job portals, and other relevant platforms.

- Maintain accurate and updated job descriptions and hiring information.

- Support recruiters with resume screening and shortlisting based on role requirements.

- Assist with maintaining candidate databases and recruitment MIS.

- Recruitment Operations

- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on pending interviews, feedback, offers, and joining updates.

- Support recruiters with various day-to-day recruitment activities and projects.

- Ensure recruitment processes and documentation are completed on time.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
