Recruiter – APAC & EMEA Hiring

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with robust exposure to APAC and EMEA hiring. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries, time zones, and stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for APAC and EMEA requirements.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidates and manage interview coordination, offer negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders across different geographies.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline visibility, and timely stakeholder updates.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience hiring across APAC and EMEA markets.
- Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be based in Pune.
- Must be flexible to work beyond standard shift timings when required to support stakeholders and candidates across APAC and EMEA time zones.
