Plans and guides transition to Agile ways of working from current state

Drives adoption of Agile practices across teams

Support setting up the required configuration in JIRA to create a recent Kanban board with all necessary workflows.

Workfront knowledge is a plus.

Must be equipped with knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban, sometimes requiring the combination, Scrumban, which is observed in the client's current system.

Coaches teams on Scrum practices (backlogs, sprints, ceremonies)

Enables efficient demand intake, prioritization, and workflow management

Facilitates sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)

Embeds continuous improvement through retrospectives and metrics

Establish effective governance through Agile that addresses many open issues or gap in the current system.

Speed up the knowledge transfer and begin implementing Agile in client environment by defining a clear roadmap.

Mentor client stakeholders from an Agile perspective and act as the first point of contact, providing quick turnaround for any on-demand support required.
