Role Overview

Responsible for system integration, system design, validation, testing, and technical coordination, ensuring seamless integration of hardware, software, electrical, and communication interfaces. The role requires solid expertise in system architecture, integration methodologies, system safety, and reliability standards, along with the ability to guide technical teams through system integration and validation activities.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

- Strong expertise in requirements collection, system design, applicable standards, Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), harness systems, system validation, and test-case development, with the ability to train and guide technical teams.
- In-depth understanding of System of Systems (SoS) concepts and testing philosophies, including simulation, system validation, standalone and integrated testing, testing against specifications, and integration testing.
- Expertise in Interface Control Documents (ICDs) covering physical, electrical, software, hardware,



and communication interfaces specific to ground and air integration.
- Strong knowledge of system safety and reliability standards, including System Safety Assessment (SSA), system qualification, and certification requirements.
- Ability to guide and supervise System Integration and Project Management teams through periodic technical reviews, performance assessments, and integration progress evaluations.
- Capability to interpret, plan, and assess overall system architecture, including independent system-level functionalities and interdependent cross-functional operations.
- Experience in conducting system-level impact analysis to evaluate integration dependencies, functional interactions, and potential system-level issues.

Technical Leadership & Coordination

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members on system integration, design, validation, and testing activities.
- Coordinate system-level reviews and assessments to ensure alignment with technical specifications and integration requirements.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective system integration and validation.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
