About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and responsible System Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure our company's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and user devices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system administration, troubleshooting, access management, network support, and IT security.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day IT operations and providing timely technical support to employees.

- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux systems, desktops, laptops, servers, and other IT infrastructure.
- Install, configure, maintain,



and troubleshoot operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Provide first and second-level technical support to employees for system, software, network, and access-related issues.
- Manage employee user accounts, permissions, access rights, and system credentials.
- Set up and configure systems and required software for new employees and ensure timely access provisioning.
- Handle employee IT onboarding and offboarding, including system allocation, access creation/revocation, and asset recovery.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and other network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, network, email, printer, and system-related issues.
- Maintain regular system backups and assist with data recovery when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in System Administration or IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic Linux administration.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Experience with Active Directory, user management, permissions, and access control.




- Hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365/Google Workspace and business applications.
- Understanding of antivirus, endpoint security, system patching, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Experience in IT asset management and employee onboarding/offboarding.
