Minimum 2 year of experience in core Operations / reporting

- Strong hands on with MS Excel
- Person should have the ability to understand and maintain database
- Valuable analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate know of SQL would be an added advantage.
- Experience in US Healthcare would be an added advantage.
- Ability to think creatively.
- Ability to collaborate with team members & cross functional teams
- Close attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new skills quickly.
- Ability to formally document processes.
- Database management with the understanding of utilization




- Addition / deletion to keep the database updated while maintaining accuracy
- Working on Reporting related tasks with required stakeholders
- Can work independently on assigned tasks and perform analysis based on given work
- Maintaining the reporting database up to the mark
- Any other activity assigned related to data / Reports
- Flexible for UK/Night shift timings

Education background with a bachelors or Masters degree, Information Management, Data Analytics or any suitable background is preferred.
