About the Role

ScratchNest is looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, and material planning for electronic components and hardware products.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Assist in sourcing electronic components such as PCBs, resistors, capacitors, connectors, sensors, and other hardware materials.

- Support procurement activities and coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing, and delivery timelines.

3.Maintain inventory records and track the availability of electronic components and materials.

4.Assist in preparing purchase orders and maintaining procurement documentation.

5.Coordinate with the hardware, production, and teams to understand material requirements.

6.Track material deliveries and follow up on pending orders.

- Support stock verification and help prevent shortages or excess inventory.





8.Assist in maintaining supplier databases and updating purchase and stock records.

Required Skills

1.Basic understanding of electronic components and hardware materials.

2.Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

3.Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

4.Attention to detail and willingness to learn procurement and inventory processes.

Eligibility

1.Students or graduates from B.Tech/B.E. (Electronics, ECE, EEE), Diploma in Electronics, or BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields.

2.Candidates interested in electronics procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
