We are looking for responsible and active Transport Supervisors to manage daily transportation activities at our client locations in Becharaji, Mehsana, and Sanand.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising drivers, monitoring vehicle schedules, ensuring timely employee pick-up and drop-off, and handling day-to-day transportation issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily bus and cab operations at the assigned location.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure vehicles report on time.
- Monitor employee pick-up and drop-off schedules.
- Check driver attendance and vehicle availability.
- Ensure drivers follow assigned routes and safety rules.
- Handle delays,



route changes, and transportation-related issues.
- Coordinate with client representatives and the head office.
- Maintain daily records of vehicle movement, driver attendance, and trip details.
- Report vehicle breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and other issues.
- Ensure smooth and safe transportation for employees.
- Submit daily operational reports to the management team.

Requirements

- Previous experience in transport supervision, fleet operations, or logistics is preferred.
- Freshers with valuable coordination and communication skills may also apply.
- Ability to manage drivers and coordinate multiple vehicles.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and MS Excel is an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in a site-based role.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in shifts, if required.
