Role & Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

- Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely conversion of leads into customers.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and timely issue resolution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

- Strong communication, negotiation,



and relationship-building skills.

- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working with sales targets.

- Proficient in basic computer applications such as MS Office.

- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and business development activities.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
