Profile: Study Visa Counselor

Experience

- 1 to 3 years in overseas education counselling, study abroad or immigration consultancy
- Experienced candidates with robust multi-country knowledge preferred

Roles:
- Follow up on leads from the portal, website, walk-ins and calls
- Understand each student’s academic background, budget, goals and preferences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of study destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany and other European countries
- Guide students on the best-suited country, university, course and intake, based on each country’s education system, entry requirements, costs and job market
- Explain country-wise admission criteria, English test requirements (IELTS, PTE, TOEFL), fees, scholarships and living expenses




- Advise students and parents on country-wise post-study work options, PR pathways and career prospects
- Keep track of changes in visa rules, immigration policies and intake dates across countries
- Collect and verify student documents (SOP, LOR, transcripts, financial documents, etc.)
- Assist with university applications and coordinate with universities
- Support students with student visa documentation and filing for different countries
- Maintain lead status and follow-up records in the CRM
- Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets

Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati
