We are looking for a proactive and friendly Student Relationship Executive to build robust relationships with prospective students, handle enquiries, provide course information, and support the admission process.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Provide course details and guidance based on students’ interests.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update lead status in the ERP/CRM system.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Address student queries and ensure timely communication.
- Achieve admission targets and submit daily activity reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
