We are looking for a proactive Student Advisor to guide prospective students, provide course information, handle enquiries, and assist them throughout the admission process.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' interests and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update lead status in the ERP/CRM system.
- Assist students with the admission process and required documentation.
- Conduct follow-up calls and send updates to interested students.
- Achieve admission targets and maintain valuable student relationships.
- Prepare daily reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
