Are you experienced in student acquisition, recruitment, education sales, or placement services? Do you know how to connect with the right candidates and build strong institutional partnerships?

We're looking for a proactive Student Acquisition Executive / Manager to help us identify, attract, and onboard candidates for our Data Engineering Career Program.

? About the Role

Our program helps candidates develop industry-relevant Data Engineering skills through practical, real-world projects, preparing them for relevant job opportunities.

We are looking for someone who can build a robust pipeline of prospective students, establish institute partnerships, and drive student acquisition.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Source candidates looking to restart or transition their careers, particularly those with career gaps.

✅ Build partnerships with colleges, training institutes, coaching centres, placement agencies, and educational organizations.

✅ Identify new sourcing channels and generate a consistent pipeline of qualified student leads.

✅ Understand candidate profiles, career goals, expectations, and willingness to invest in the program.

✅ Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate with the counselling and admissions team.





✅ Maintain candidate and partner records in the CRM and track conversions.

✅ Manage institutional relationships and work toward monthly lead, enrollment, and partnership targets.

? What We're Looking For

? 1-3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, student acquisition, education sales, placement services, or a related field.

? Experience working with career-gap candidates and professionals seeking career transitions is a plus.

? Existing connections with colleges, training institutes, placement consultants, or educational organizations.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

? A target-oriented mindset with the ability to independently develop sourcing channels and partnerships.

? The Ideal Candidate

Someone who understands candidate sourcing, can identify and qualify the right prospects, builds productive partnerships, and consistently generates quality student leads.
