We are looking for a high-performing Strategy skilled from premier B-school, preferably from IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, or other leading management institutes with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. The person will work on strategic initiatives, business planning, market research, and cross-functional projects to support business growth and improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive strategic projects and business initiatives from planning to execution.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.

- Analyze business performance, financial data, and key metrics to support strategic decision-making.

- Prepare business cases, presentations, management reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and monitor project progress.

- Identify business gaps,



evaluate opportunities, and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.

- Track project milestones, key deliverables, and outcomes to ensure timely execution.

Profile Requirement

- MBA from a premier B-school, preferably from IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, or other leading management institutes.

- 26 years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, or Strategic Projects.

- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, and business presentations.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, work with senior stakeholders, and drive execution.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and structured thinking skills.
