Role & responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new and existing suppliers.
- Develop product-wise sourcing strategies and annual procurement plans.
- Monitor market trends and use market intelligence for timely purchasing decisions.
- Ensure consistent material availability at competitive costs.
- Strengthen supplier relationships and increase contractual and formula-based sourcing.
- Manage sourcing of raw materials, packaging materials, and new products.
- Optimize inventory levels and reduce excess and slow-moving stock.
- Manage payment terms, supplier performance, and complaint resolution.
