Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design for RCC and steel structures.
- Develop design calculations, technical reports, and structural drawings.
- Ensure compliance with IS Codes (IS 456, IS 800, IS 875, IS 1893, etc.).
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and site teams.
- Review and validate structural drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
- Optimize designs for cost-efficiency, safety, and constructability.
- Provide technical support during project execution and site stages.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Masters in Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in RCC & steel structural design.
- Strong understanding of load calculations, analysis, and detailing concepts.
- Proficiency in ETABS / STAAD / SAFE / similar design software.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience in high-rise buildings / industrial structures / PEB.
- Knowledge of Detailing and Site Coordination.
- Exposure to Tekla / Revit / BIM workflows.
