Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and key business metrics.
- Maintain visual merchandising, inventory, and store hygiene.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience on paper.
- Proven experience in retail store management or team leadership.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
