You'll own the quality of every story on Breakout, and find the storytellers who make them great.
What you'll do
- Choose which ideas become shows, and why
- Turn raw ideas into robust episode outlines and scripts with hooks, twists and cliffhangers
- Work with storytellers to keep their vision while making the show better
- Build a network of writers and storytellers across languages
- Work with AI filmmakers to make sure every episode lands
You'll fit if you
- Have 4+ years writing or developing stories for TV, OTT, web series, YouTube or audio shows
- Understand short-form, episodic storytelling and what keeps people watching
- Have a strong network of writers and creative people
- Can give honest, kind feedback and make other people's stories better
Bonus
Experience with micro-dramas, mythology or regional-language content; Hindi plus one other Indian language.
