What You’ll Do:

? Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure an excellent customer experience

? Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets

? Guide customers with expert skincare and makeup recommendations

? Handle inventory, stock management, and product displays

? Maintain daily sales reports, stock records, and team schedules in Excel

? Ensure the store stays clean, well-organized, and on-brand

? Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry





✅ Valuable knowledge of skincare and makeup products, ingredients, and trends

✅ Basic working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, reports, stock sheets)

✅ Strong communication and customer-handling skills

✅ Leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team

✅ Sales-driven mindset with a target-oriented approach

✅ Well-groomed, presentable, and passionate about beauty
