We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Executive / Store In-Charge to manage inventory, stock control, material receipt and issue, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock registers, inventory records, and inward/outward material entries.
- Material Receipt & Issue: Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans. Issue materials only against authorized requests.
- Stock Verification: Conduct physical stock checks, reconcile records, and report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and discrepancies.
- Purchase Coordination: Identify reorder requirements and follow up with the purchase department and vendors for pending deliveries.
- Storage & Safety: Ensure proper material labelling, storage, housekeeping,



and prevention of material damage or wastage.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain GRNs, stock ledgers, issue slips, challans, and daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Department Coordination: Coordinate with accounts, purchase, site engineers, and project teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Cost Control: Monitor unused and slow-moving inventory, minimize stock losses, and support productive inventory management.
- Logistics Coordination: Assist with material transportation and maintain vehicle and trip records, wherever required.
