Role Description The Store Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vapi. In this role, the Store Assistant will support daily store operations, including receiving, checking, and organizing materials and components, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities include labeling and storing items, preparing materials for dispatch, coordinating with production and procurement teams, and tracking stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.

The Store

Assistant will also assist with basic documentation, maintain cleanliness and safety in storage areas,



and provide courteous support to internal stakeholders and visiting customers or vendors. This position requires consistent on-site presence and collaboration with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams, vendors, and visitors.
- Candidates should possess Retail Sales and basic Training skills to support material handling processes and assist in onboarding current store personnel.
- Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage inventory, documentation, and storage systems accurately and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse or store operations, inventory management software, or tally Systems is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely, follow workplace safety guidelines, and work on-site for extended periods.
- Prior experience in a store, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in logistics, stores, or supply chain is preferred.
