We help clients understand complaint procedures, organize evidence, prepare documentation, and approach the appropriate authorities, including SEBI and other relevant departments.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Stock Market Associate with an interest in the stock market, share trading, and investment-related frauds. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads related to trading scams, understanding clients’ concerns, explaining our professional support services, and converting qualified leads into clients through ethical and transparent communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with clients and understand their stock market fraud cases.
- Collect, analyze, and verify evidence and supporting documents.
- Prepare skilled case reports, emails, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with legal and regulatory bodies such as SEBI, RBI, and Cyber Police.




- Work closely with senior fraud experts to support timely case resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sales and customer-handling experience.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and digital payments.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and communication tools.

Qualification
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

Training Provided Comprehensive training will be provided to selected candidates to help them understand their roles, responsibilities, and company processes. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
