Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Service:

- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

- Present menus and offer suggestions or recommendations when required.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests or dietary preferences are noted.

- Order Management:

- Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar teams promptly and accurately.

- Ensure timely service of food and beverages to the table.

- Table Maintenance:

- Set up tables before service with appropriate cutlery, glassware, and napkins.

- Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining experience.

- Monitor table needs, such as refilling water or replacing utensils.

- Customer Interaction:

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints courteously and professionally.





- Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to address questions.

- Hygiene and Safety:

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

- Ensure cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and tools.

- Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.

- Assist in restocking supplies or rearranging setups during service.
